LARISSA MEAT PRODUCTION PRIMA A.E. was created in 1991 by people with sensitivity to quality & traditional cold cuts. Our company started in a small workshop for the production of smoked sausages and due to the demand it soon developed into a complete modernized production unit. In 2001 it was transferred to new privately owned facilities of 1500 sqm, meeting the strictest safety standards and applying certified modern quality assurance systems (HACCP) at all stages of its production. Our goal is to satisfy the customer's need for healthy and quality cold cuts, using fine local meats, fresh herbs and spices, faithfully following the old recipes and the traditional way of production.
