OUR TRADITIONAL WORKSHOP
Our company was created in 1991 by people with a sensitivity to quality and traditional cold cuts. The strict selection of local fine meats, the fresh herbs of the Greek land and the excellent hygiene conditions are the basic rule of our multi-year course.
Selected pieces of meat are simmered and smoked slowly on beech wood, faithfully following traditional recipes.
